Velocity Candidate Manager (VCM) System ™

A web-based portal that enables recruiting professionals to easily view and manage resumes presented to them by Velocity. Delivery of all resume information is done via this confidential, web-based system, which records and tracks candidate information sourced by us. It enables recruiting managers and supervisors the ability to quickly track and monitor the recruitment activities of their staff.

SERVICES

™ (Resume Sourcing)

Each requisition will include three (3) days of sourcing from numerous Internet (job board) locations to identify qualified candidate resumes matching the Client's position requirement Daily postings will be provided via Velocity's proprietary web-based Velocity Candidate Manager™ system to record and track candidate information.

™ (Qualified - Available - Interested)

Sourcing service, as described above, will occur over a three (3) day period and bundled with Velocity's ™ service. Velocity will contact each of the qualified candidates via telephone in an effort to provide a base-level screening for the Client, assessing candidate qualifications, availability, and interest in speaking with the Client organization. Velocity's ™ activities will be structured around Client-developed questions and all responses reported back in real-time to the Client via Velocity's proprietary web-based Velocity Candidate Manager™ system.

Recurring Sourcing and ™ Services

To meet on-going, high volume, or strategic talent acquisition initiatives clients can customize the frequency of resume sourcing and / or ™ qualification service over a designated period of time (daily, weekly, monthly, or annually).

Email Campaign ™

Resume Sourcing : Each requisition processed will be sourced daily from numerous Internet locations to identify qualified candidate resumes matching the position requirements. Daily postings will be sent to the confidential web based Velocity Candidate Manager™ system to record and track candidate information sourced by Velocity.
E-mail Campaign : Velocity will be responsible for the delivery of an e-mail communication to all candidates identified through this process

Response Management:

Velocity will screen applicants responding to your job postings and Internet site. Velocity will manage candidate flow within client's ATS system against a common hiring profile defined by client. Non-matching candidate resume information will be similarly sorted according to the direction of client.

Customized Services:

Velocity can customize services to provide support during peak hiring periods, special ramp-ups and any other on-demand needs.
